35496046Understanding the Correlation between Metabolic Regulator SIRT1 and Exosomes with CA-125 in Ovarian Cancer: A Clinicopathological Study.Ovarian cancer has been related with CA-125 and metabolic reprogramming by SIRT1 leading to metastasis with the involvement of exosomes.
35496773An Ex Vivo Study on Release, Uptake, and miRNA Profile of Exosomes in Rat Lens. The exosomes were isolated from medium and measured in size and concentration by nanoflow cytometry (nFCM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and verified with CD63 and TSG101 by Western blot.
35497368Paper-Based Devices for Capturing Exosomes and Exosomal Nucleic Acids From Biological Samples.Exosomes concentrated from HCT116 cell cultures were arrested on paper-based immunoaffinity devices, which were produced by immobilizing anti-CD63 antibodies on Whatman filter paper, before being subjected to paper-based silica devices for nucleic acids to be trapped by silica nanoparticles adsorbed onto Whatman filter paper.
35511336A Comprehensive Cancer-Associated MicroRNA Expression Profiling and Proteomic Analysis of Human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Derived Exosomes. The isolated extracellular vesicles were 133.8 ± 42.49 nm in diameter, monodispersed, and strongly expressed the exosome surface marker protein CD63. Western blot for exosome surface marker protein CD63 expression was performed.
35552479In Vitro Study on the Biological Characteristics of Adipose-Derived Stem Cells from Liposuction Area in Patients with Progressive Hemifacial Atrophy.A significant up-regulation of BAX occurred in PHA-ADSCs.ARPC5 expression in the PHA group was extremely distinct down-regulated.CDKN1A and CDKN2A expression in the PHA group was significantly up-regulated.WB analyses confirmed that both groups' ADSCs-Exosomes surface markers CD63 and TSG101 were positively expressed but varied significantly. Exosomes extracted from the supernatant of two groups were detected by NTA particle size, electron microscopy (TEM), and WB for CD63 and TSG10, respectively. PHA-ADSCs exhibited a poorer proliferation ability, higher apoptosis percentage, weaker lipid droplets formation, weaker cell migration, poorer intolerance to OGD, aging earlier, and weaker self-renewal and repairability.PHA-ADSCs-Exosomes showed low expressions of CD63 and TSG101.This study provides strong evidence that the addition of exosomes with specific cytokines can improve the fat survival rate after fat filling in patients with hemifacial atrophy.
35576661Exosomes from prostate cancer cell lines: Isolation optimisation and characterisation. The final part of the article details the advantages of the use of a 2D biochip prepared in-house over a commercially available 3D biochip for monitoring the interaction of exosomes via its surface receptors (CD63) with an immobilised ligand (anti-CD63 antibodies) using surface plasmon resonance.
35592860Exosome Mediated Cytosolic Cisplatin Delivery Through Clathrin-Independent Endocytosis and Enhanced Anti-cancer Effect via Avoiding Endosome Trapping in Cisplatin-Resistant Ovarian Cancer. The anti-cancer effect of cisplatin was detected under the circumstance of delivered by exosomes or without exosomes Exosomes and exosome-cisplatin were characterized including size, typical markers including CD63, Alix and Tsg101.
35619665Improved Aitongxiao prescription (I-ATXP) induces apoptosis, cell cycle arrest and blocks exosomes release in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells.(iii) I-ATXP can inhibit both the exosome releases and expression of CD63, and Alix derived from HCC cells, but the exosomes derived from liver cancer cells affect liver cancer cells' biological properties such as proliferation, invasion, and migration. Compared with the untreated group, with the increment of the concentration of I-ATXP, the expression of exosome-specific proteins Alix and CD63 were reduced. The exosome-specific enzyme activity was measured by acetylcholinesterase (AchE) assay, and exosome morphological characteristics were identified by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The expression of Alix and CD63 of exosome marker proteins was detected by western blotting. These results suggest that I-ATXP can inhibit the release of exosomes with Alix and CD63 protein from HCC cells. Western blot analysis shows that after HCC cell lines were treated with various concentrations of I-ATXP (0.125-1 mg/ml) for 24 h, exosomes derived from three different HCC cells expressed exosome-specific proteins Alix and CD63.
35623789Sensitive detection of exosomes by gold nanoparticles labeling inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry based on cholesterol recognition and rolling circle amplification.Specifically, exosomes were captured by anti-CD63, and then cholesterol-modified rolling circle amplification product was inserted into the membrane of exosomes for signal amplification.
35628538Therapeutic Potential of Pretreatment with Exosomes Derived from Stem Cells from the Apical Papilla against Cisplatin-Induced Acute Kidney Injury. From this, SCAP-derived exosomes (SCAP-ex), which were round (diameter: 30-150 nm) and expressed the characteristic proteins CD63 and CD81, were collected via differential ultracentrifugation.
