38502973Mitochondrial DNA deletions in the cerebrospinal fluid of patients with idiopathic REM sleep behaviour disorder. In addition, we investigated whether CD9-positive extracellular vesicles (CD9-EVs) from CSF and serum samples contained cf-mtDNA.
38624007Label-Free Multiplex Profiling of Exosomal Proteins with a Deep Learning-Driven 3D Surround-Enhancing SERS Platform for Early Cancer Diagnosis.Combining this 3D se-SERS with a deep learning model, we successfully quantitatively profiled seven proteins including CD63, CD81, CD9, CD151, CD171, TSPAN8, and PD-L1 on the surface of plasma exosomes from patients, which can predict the occurrence and advancement of lung cancer.
38630028Storage of plasma-derived exosomes: evaluation of anticoagulant use and preserving temperatures.Exosome features including morphological characteristics, pariticles size diameter, and surface protein profiles (TSG101, CD63, CD81, CD9, CALNEXIN) were assessed by transmission electron microscopy, Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis, and Western Blotting, respectively.
38684330Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles promote corneal epithelial repair and suppress apoptosis via modulation of Caspase-3 in vitro. The isolated extracellular vesicles were spherical, < 150 nm in diameter, and characterized as CD9 © 2024 The Authors.
38699039Glioma-derived exosome Lncrna Agap2-As1 promotes glioma proliferation and metastasis by mediating Tgf-β1 secretion of myeloid-derived suppressor cells. No abstract available
38718108Endocytosis blocks the vesicular secretion of exosome marker proteins.Furthermore, we show that syntenin, a previously described exosome biogenesis factor, drives the vesicular secretion of CD63 by blocking CD63 endocytosis and that other endocytosis inhibitors also induce the plasma membrane accumulation and vesicular secretion of CD63. To better understand how cells release these vesicles, we examined the biogenesis of the most highly enriched human exosome marker proteins, the exosomal tetraspanins CD81, CD9, and CD63.
38783745Detection of micro-plasma-induced exosomes secretion in a fibroblast-melanoma co-culture model. In this study, label-free surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) method with size-matched selectivity was used to detect membrane proteins in exosomes released from a stimulated environment of fibroblasts (L929) co-cultured with melanoma cells (B16-F10). Secondly, the particle size of secreted exosomes isolated from the culture medium of L929, B16-F10, and co-cultured cells with different micro-plasma treatment time did not increase significantly under single-cell conditions at short treatment time but might be changed under co-culture condition or longer treatment time. Third, for SERS signals related to membrane protein biomarkers, exosome markers CD9, CD63, and CD81 can be assigned to significant Raman shifts in the range of 943-1030 and 1304-1561 cm-1, while the characteristics SERS peaks of L929 and B16-F10 cells are most likely located at 1394/1404, 1271 and 1592 cm-1 respectively.
38842768Improving Granulosa Cell Function in Premature Ovarian Failure with Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stromal Cell Exosome-Derived hsa_circ_0002021.These exosomes were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Western blotting to confirm exosomal markers CD9 and CD63.
38852279Exosomal mRNA Cargo are biomarkers of tumor and immune cell populations in pediatric osteosarcoma.Exosome isolation was verified by CD9 immunoblot and characterized on electron microscopy. Peripheral blood exosomes of osteosarcoma patients at diagnosis were significantly smaller than those of controls and overexpressed extracellular matrix protein gene THBS1 and B cell markers MS4A1 and TCL1A.
38874800The impact of exosomes derived from B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia as a growth factor on bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells. The results indicated that exosome-specific pan markers like CD9, CD63, and CD81 were present.
